SUFFOLK—Ellen Babb Bulls, 87, widow of Richard Henry Bulls, died June 22, 2008.

She was born in Southampton County, a daughter of the late Georgie Morris and Grover Cleveland Babb.

Mrs. Bulls was also predeceased by two sisters, Gladys Dixon and Dorothy Jarratt, and three brothers, Junius, Winfield, and Oscar Babb.

Survivors include her son, Richard Henry Buhls, Jr. and wife, Joyce, of Suffolk; one grandson, David Buhls and wife, Tammy; and three great-grandchildren, Eric and Kayla Buhls and Jessica James.

The funeral will be conducted today at 11 a.m. at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin.

Interment will follow in Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery.
