SUFFOLK—Timothy M. Jenkins, 42, died April 3, 2008.

A native of Isle of Wight County, he had been a resident of Suffolk for many years.

Predeceased by his father, George Green, and his brother, Michael Jenkins, he leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Mable Finney of Newport News; two sisters, Rosetta Jenkins and Lucy Jenkins, both of Smithfield; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A funeral service was held Tuesday at Little Zion Baptist Church by the Rev. Melvin T. Blackwell.

Interment was in Tynes Cemetery.

Tynes-Edwards Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.
