FRANKLIN-The city Planning Commission, which previously tabled a decision on construction plans for Southerly, a 207-lot subdivision off South Street near Route 58, will again address the matter at tonight’s meeting.
According to its agenda, the plans are expected to get approval should staff members’ questions get answered satisfactorily.
The Planning Commission is also expected to approve another development off South Street, this one to place 10 townhouses along Duffy Street.
The Planning Commission will also consider appointments to subcommittees to study the city’s zoning ordinance, subdivision ordinance and the downtown master plan.
