BELVIDERE, N.C.—Nettie Eason, 74, a native of Gates, N.C., died March 27, 2008, at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie, N.C.

Survivors include one son, Kenny Eason of Murfreesboro, N.C.; and one brother, Lewis Eason of Belvidere.

A funeral was conducted Tuesday at Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, N.C., by Pastor Jordan.

Burial was in the Kee family cemetery.
