Your role model (in business or in life generally): My mom always taught me to respect others and be outgoing in life. Also to not sweat the small stuff and have faith in God. Glad I followed her advice.

The key to a successful business is: Always treat your customers like you would like to be treated (do unto others). As an owner you should get to know your customers as individuals, not just a last name. Love what you do, smile and be happy.
