Ima G. Herring

VIRGINIA BEACH—Ima Jean Gray Herring, 72, died Dec. 16, 2007, in a Virginia Beach medical facility.
Mrs. Herring was born in Dare County, N.C. and was a bank manager. She was the daughter of the late Van Buren and Betty Lee Etheridge Gray.
Survivors include a daughter, Melody Baldwin and husband James of Virginia Beach; a sister, Gilda Gray Hosteller of Monrovia, Calif.; two brothers, Van Buren Gray Jr. of Ivor, Va. and Phillip Maynard Gray of Wanchese, N.C.; three grandchildren, Jennifer Lane Torbert, James Matthew Baldwin and Robert Scott Baldwin; and one great-grandchild, Haley Noriko Torbert, all of Virginia Beach.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Manteo Cemetery.
