SUNBURY, N.C.—Otis G. Williams Sr. died Nov. 27, 2007, in Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Bryant Baptist Church, Courtland, with pastor Johnnie Lyons delivering the message of comfort.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
