BROOKLYN, N.Y.—Walter Kurt Majette died Nov. 8, 2007.

Mr. Majette’s homegoing celebration will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Sinai Baptist Church, Como, N.C., with the Rev. Elliott Hill delivering the eulogy.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc. is handling arrangements.
