NEWPORT NEWS—Paul S. Clay, 70, of Newport News died Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011, in Durham, N.C.

A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, in Pineview Cemetery in Rocky Mount, N.C.

Mr. Clay was a carpenter.

Among his survivors is a brother, William “Billy” Clay of Ivor.

Wilkerson Funeral Home of Greenville, N.C., is in charge of arrangements.
