ZUNI—Martha Louise Cake Broegeler, 84, died Sept. 12, 2007.

She was born in Norfolk, the daughter of the late Mary Adelia Gardner Cake and James Garland Cake Sr.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Herman Charles Broegeler of Zuni; daughter, Diane Mary Jones of Zuni; brother, James Garland Cake Jr. of Norfolk; and nephew, John Albert Cake of Ashburn.

A graveside service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Rosewood Memorial Park with Sheriff Charles Phelps officiating.
