CARRSVILLE—Bobby R. and Juanita Vick of Carrsville are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Mandi Elizabeth Vick to Petty Officer 1st Class Eric Jason Willard, son of Jan Mclin of Winter Haven, Fla. and Maurice Willard of Berlin, Vt.

Vick is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Lee Hatfield of Franklin, Mildred and Bob Schultz of Amelia and the late Earl S. Vick.

She is a graduate of Franklin High School. She earned her bachelor of science degree in Business from Colorado Tech. She is currently employed at the Norfolk Sheraton-Waterside as a Human Resource Assistant.

Willard is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Larkin and the late Mr. and Mrs. Roy Willard.

He graduated from U032 High School, Barrie, Vt.

He then graduated from the Recruit Training Center in Great Lake, Ill. He also graduated from the Naval Training Technical Center in Meridian, Miss. He is currently serving his country for the 18th year in the United States Navy.

A July 2008 wedding is being planned.
