DENDRON—Joe Wallace Jones of Dendron, died May 24, 2010, at Obici Hospital. Funeral services will be held today at 1 p.m. in the chapel of William M. Johnson and Sons Funeral. Burial will be in Booker T. Memorial Cemetery, Surry. Mr. Jones was a native of Southampton County. Survivors include one daughter.
