Carl E. Harris
WINDSOR—Carl Emmanuel Harris, 89, died on Feb. 17, 2010 in Windsor. Funeral services will be held at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery at a later date. Harris retired from Kaiser Aluminum as a district manager. Survivors include one daughter, Beth Harris; three sisters, Louise Dillon, Mildred Kuplen and Martha Lee McGuire. Parr Funeral Home of Suffolk is in charge of arrangements.
