Annie K. Wommack
MILLENNIUM, N.C.—Annie Ruth King Wommack, 83, died Sept. 25, 2009, at her home.
Mrs. Wommack was born Jan. 27, 1926 in Danville, the daughter of the late Arthur Lafayette King and Annie Elizabeth Richardson King.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Henry Wommack.
She was loved by all her family and will be missed greatly.
Survivors include her daughters, Ann W. Lassiter of Millennium and Peggy Gatling and husband, Harold, of Murfreesboro, N.C.; her sons, Joe Wommack and wife, JoAnn and Sammy Wommack, all of Ahoskie, N.C., Jerry Wommack and wife, Susan of Maryland and Charles Wommack of Winton, N.C.; her brother, Jimmy King of Danville; 17 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Millennium Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Taylor Latham officiating.
Burial followed at Ahoskie Cemetery.
Massey Funeral Home, Aulander, N.C. handled arrangements.
