FRANKLIN—Adell E. Newsome died Aug. 24, 2009, in Southampton Memorial Hospital.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Bryant Baptist Church Courtland, with Bishop Albert Evans officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Elvin Vaughan Funeral Home, Franklin, is in charge of arrangements.
