Daniel P. Tormohlen II
VIRGINIA BEACH—Daniel Phillip Tormohlen II, 64, formerly of Franklin, died Aug. 13, 2009, in his favorite place, Sandbridge Beach.
Born in Fort Sill, Okla., he was the son of Ruth Jordan Tormohlen and the late Daniel Philip Tormohlen.
Mr. Tormohlen retired from Union Camp and was a member of Franklin Presbyterian Church.
His retirement “job” was working at Disney World while he and his wife, Joni realized their dream of traveling around the country in their RV.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Joanne Tormohlen; two daughters, Andrea Willis and husband Troy Willis of Perry, Ga. and Erin Tormohlen of Virginia Beach; and his mother, Ruth Tormohlen of Freeport, Ill.; two sisters, Judy Hinz of Sioux Falls, S.D., Rebecca Legan of Pueblo, Colo.; and one brother, Dave Tormohlen of Tomahawk, Wis.; two grandchildren, the lights of his life, Lauren and Alex Willis of Perry, Ga.
A memorial service will be held today at 11 a.m. at Franklin Presbyterian Church.

Cremation Society of Virginia, Hampton Roads Office, is assisting the family.
