SEDLEY—Pastor Armando Emilio Reid, 57, died June 26, 2009.
He was serving as the pastor of Prentis Park Seventh-day Adventist Church, Portsmouth.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Calvary Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1200 17th St., Newport News.
The family will receive family and friends at the church Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to establish an educational fund for the benefit of his minor children.
