Anna R. Butler
ALBANY, Ga.—Anna Fowler Reel Butler, 88, died May 1, 2009, at Palmyra Nursing Home.
Mrs. Butler was born July 25, 1920 in Franklin, a daughter of the late Willie Ray and Elnora Cutchins Fowler.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Jesse W. Reel; a granddaughter, Renea Reel; one sister, Armorel Johnson; and two brothers, Randolph and James Fowler. Mrs. Butler was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include her husband, David Butler; one son, J.W. Reel Jr. and wife Sylvia; two grandchildren, Charles Reel and Cindy Ellington; one great-grandson, Dylan Ellington; and four nieces.
A graveside service was conducted Tuesday at Poplar Spring Cemetery.
Visitation followed the service at the cemetery.
