Wayne A. Ellsworth
CAPRON—Wayne A. Ellsworth, died April 7, 2009.
Mr. Ellsworth was born May 9, 1963, to the late Mitchell Roger Ellsworth and Ruth Ellsworth.
He was a native of Southampton County and was educated in its public schools.
He served in the Army Reserve for three years and received the rank of Private First Class. He was employed with Gwaltney Foods, Smithfield, until his demise.
He was also predeceased by his wife, Lavenia King.
Survivors include his mother, Ruth; three brothers, Mitchell Jr., Michael and Jason; children, Maurice Artis, Gabrielle Porter, Raven Harris, Toby King and Jeremiah King; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; two adopted brothers, Willie and William Jordan; two adopted sisters, Lisa White and Patricia Burrows; and a special friend, Denise Bynum of Franklin.
A funeral service was held April 11 at William M. Engram Memorial Chapel.
Burial followed in Capron Cemetery.
