SUFFOLK—Margie L. Engle, 66, died Feb. 17, 2009.
She was born in Franklin, the daughter of the late Virginia Butler Turner and James Oliver Turner.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, John Richard Engle; daughters, JoAnna M. Boyd and Teresa L. Brock; sons, James A. Engle and John R. Engle Jr., all of Suffolk; seven grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; and a sister, Vanessa Bradshaw of Carrsville.
A funeral will be held today at 11 a.m. in Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, with the Rev. Dick Dinges officiating.
Burial will follow in Nansemond Suffolk Cemetery.
