Crystal H. Langston
VIRGINIA BEACH—Crystal Henry Johnson Langston, 75, died Jan. 31, 2009.
She was born in Gates County, N.C., a daughter of the late William Wood and Wahlala Corbitt Henry.
Mrs. Langston was predeceased by two husbands, John Henry Johnson and Everett Langston and a brother, William Otis Henry.
Survivors include her children, Kathy R. Thornton (John), John R. Johnson, Otis Michael Johnson, Steve L. Johnson (Linda), William Greg Johnson, all of Virginia Beach, and Wayne Keith Johnson (Gina) of Erlanger, Kentucky; one sister, Grace H. Daughtrey of Carrsville; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three cousins, Elsie Currin, Nancy Hand and Elizabeth Rountree, all of North Carolina; and three nieces, Linda D. Johnson and Carol D. Carr of Franklin and Nancy Carolyn Henry of California; and one nephew, James H. Daughtrey of Franklin.
Services will be private. Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, has charge of arrangements.
