Helen Chappell
NORFOLK—Helen Chappell of Kempsville Road, died Jan. 8, 2009, in Lake Taylor Hospital, Norfolk.
Survivors include her nephews, Sidney Chappell and Samuel Jenkins Sr.; nieces, Luella Chappell, Verlessie Jackson, Ada Raiford (Alphonso), Priscilla Chappell; her sister-in-law, Luellen Chappell; great nieces and nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
A homegoing celebration has been scheduled for Friday at noon in the chapel of Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, Franklin.
Burial will be in Southview Cemetery.
