Epps nets 15 points for IWA win

CHESAPEAKE—Senior Ben Epps’ 15 points helped lead Isle of Wight Academy to a 51-38 win over Stonebridge Thursday.

Tied with the Cavaliers after a quarter, the Chargers outscored Stonebridge 18-10 in the second. Hunter Triplett helped hit three field goals for IWA and finished with eight points for the game.

Nathan Silvertson scored 10 points in the win.

The Chargers play in the Life and Breath Tournament at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, in The Plains.
