Grandparents enjoy lunch with students

Recently Nottoway Elementary School recently welcomed some very special guests into the building for lunch: Grandparents! Each day during the week, specific grade levels invited their grandparents to dine with them during their lunch period. In total, the school welcomed approximately 200 grandparents during the event. “The school would like to say thank you to everyone who came out in support of Grandparents’ Week,” a release noted. Kindergarten student, Brayden Elder-Turner, was proud to eat lunch with his grandmother, Viola Turner, left, and great-grandmother, Zenobia Williams.
